COS4MOS is the controller software of our machines. The software is completely self-developed and can quickly be customized to the customer’s wishes. The development of our own controller software was based on the principals of CuMaTec, where no product on the market met our damends.

The controller has to be affordable, made in Germany and must have the latest technological standards. A further feature of COS4MOS is that the software has a basic system with defined interfaces which can communicate with different modules. Because the modules have the same interface and can be changed as required, our software is open to other applications.

You can import CAD drafts (DXF format) and canned fotos (BMP format) as well as CNC programming (according to DIN 66025) into our CNC generator.

The CNC generator has an integrated material database with procedure specific cutting parameters. The appropriate materials, material thickness and cutting quality can be optionally adjusted by the user. Adjusting, amending or adding new parameters is always possible.

The integration of procedure specific parameters like, velocity reduction in radii and automatic pressure regulation when water jet cutting as well as pauses in corners are no problem
