The CUTmatic ® WJ machine series of Cu-Ma-Tec GmbH consist of a lead machine and a high pressure pump from the market leader KMT-Water jet.
The high performance of the lead machine lies in the landscape format construction which is simple to load. The conceptual design is made for a long life industrial operation.

The machine is equiped with an ergonomic control unit. The control unit is a PC which features a colour flatscreen and has Windows XP installed. All the functions of the system can be controlled from here.

The control unit is a fully-fledged CAD/CAM workstation where cutting processes can be simulated and calculated. The intelligent controller software is also able to find the outline after a process has been interrupted. The controller chooses the cutting speed from a free alterable and expandable material database where as the speed is automatically adjusted in small radii and corners. The cutting pressure and the amount of abrassive, with Cut-Matic machines, can also be modified during the cutting process

>>	200 liter sand container which can be filled during the cutting process
>>	complete COS4MOS controller which was developed according to the most modern software ergonomic aspects
>>	CAD/CAM system with comprehensive calculation software
>>	positioning accuracy of +/-0,1 mm/m and repetition accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm

The Cut-Matic series was designed to meet the individual wishes of the customer, hence we offer different configuration possibilities and options to best fit all budgets and tasks

>>	manual control unit with all the necessary safety systems
>>	start-stop unit and a joystick for the positioning
>>	Z axis can be driven with a cost-saving handwheel or a full automatic, backlash free, DC drive

>>	fully automatic nesting software of the newest generation
>>	pump capacity from 7.5 HP to 200 HP with pressure of up to 4136 bar
>>	cutting basin can optionally be made of stainless steel
>>	add-on module: mud extraction system
